Polymarket — Get relayer address and nonce

polymarket_get_relay_payload

Fetches the relayer address and nonce for a specific user. Takes in the user's signer address and the type of nonce to retrieve. Anonymous native response captured; OpenAny gateway not yet executed. Uses the caller's OpenAny gateway credentials. Charges and authorization are determined by the gateway.
