Toutiao User ID API (V1)

justoneapi_get_api_toutiao_get_user_id_v1

Resolves the user ID associated with a Toutiao profile URL. Use it to convert a known profile link into the identifier required for subsequent user-profile lookups. Uses the caller's OpenAny gateway credentials. Charges and authorization are determined by the gateway.
