Retrieves caption data for a Bilibili video segment identified by BVID, AID, and CID. Use it to obtain subtitles for transcript extraction, accessibility review, or language-focused content analysis. Uses the caller's OpenAny gateway credentials. Charges and authorization are determined by the gateway.
