jupiter_get_prediction_v1_trading_status

Whether the exchange currently accepts orders (trading_active). Check it before building an order. Latest request and response verified through OpenAny testnet. Uses the caller's OpenAny gateway credentials. Charges and authorization are determined by the gateway.
