Get the tokens with most active boosts. Uses the native DEX Screener public GET endpoint. Returns promotion metadata only and does not purchase advertising or boosts. Anonymous native HTTP 200 captured; OpenAny gateway has not been executed. Uses the caller's OpenAny gateway credentials. Charges and authorization are determined by the gateway.
