Get the latest boosted tokens. Uses the native DEX Screener public GET endpoint. Returns promotion metadata only and does not purchase advertising or boosts. Anonymous native HTTP 200 captured; OpenAny gateway has not been executed. Uses the caller's OpenAny gateway credentials. Charges and authorization are determined by the gateway.
