blockscout_get_chain_id_api_v2_arbitrum_batchesRetrieves a paginated list of Arbitrum batches committed to the Parent chain. Documentation prepared only; runtime not verified. Uses the caller's OpenAny gateway credentials. Charges and authorization are determined by the gateway.
