AIHOT — Get a weekly report by ISO week

aihot_get_api_v1_weekly_by_week_week

A single weekly report by ISO week label (YYYY-Www, for example 2026-W39). Withdrawn citations are removed from later responses. Respect Cache-Control and revalidate with If-None-Match before reusing an expired copy; do not cache a report indefinitely. Uses the caller's OpenAny gateway credentials. Charges and authorization are determined by the gateway.
