Agent or tool runtimes that cache a stable URL beyond HTTP cache headers should first request /api/v1/weeklies?limit=1 and then /api/v1/weeklies/{returned-week}; never guess a week. Uses the caller's OpenAny gateway credentials. Charges and authorization are determined by the gateway.
