aihot_get_api_v1_latest_monthly

The most recent monthly report: its headline, overview and the month's most important items grouped by section, chosen from that month's dailies. Published on the 1st of each month at 10:30 Asia/Shanghai. Tool runtimes that cache a stable URL should first request /api/v1/monthlies?limit=1 and then /api/v1/monthlies/{returned-month}; never guess a month. Uses the caller's OpenAny gateway credentials. Charges and authorization are determined by the gateway.
