No query parameters. A few KB instead of the whole history; the full snapshot remains at /api/v1/codex-resets. Replace your previous copy on every change; timestamps use +08:00 (Asia/Shanghai). Poll every 10 minutes using If-None-Match and Accept-Encoding: gzip or br: an unchanged answer is a 304 with an empty body. Uses the caller's OpenAny gateway credentials. Charges and authorization are determined by the gateway.
