Find a ready-made task (a 'recipe') on a website, e.g. 'apartments for rent in Austin', 'pizza dough recipe', 'second-hand bikes in Berlin', 'jobs for data engineers in Munich'. Any language. Returns the best matches that run here, each with params_schema, output_schema and example_params; then call run. local_only lists matches that need the user's own browser (login, booking, or a site that blocks servers). If nothing fits, call request_recipe.
