Never activates; null = existing pricing contract. No account_id: quiet = active accounts idle 90+ days, nothing open; a person archives at review_url.

When to use: Before activating or archiving a company, review its current billing state and price — or, without a company, list the active accounts that have gone quiet so a person can review them for archiving.
