Search Outlook messages
search_outlook_messagesSearch a mailbox using Outlook's search syntax and return message metadata — not bodies — best match first. Searches the whole mailbox unless folderId is given. Use this to find messages, then get_outlook_message to read one, or move_messages to file them. Plain keywords plus from:, to:, subject:, received>=YYYY-MM-DD, hasattachments:yes and OR all work; put an exact phrase in double quotes and don't escape anything. Examples: 'from:acme.com', 'invoice overdue', 'subject:"roof quote" received>=2026-09-01'.
