List every mailbox (Gmail/Google Workspace, Microsoft/Outlook and AgentMail) available to you in the workspaces you belong to, with provider, status and your access level. access is 'write' (everything your switches allow) or 'read' (search and read tools only — anything that changes the mailbox is refused). folders says whether the file tools (Drive, OneDrive, Sheets, Excel) are limited to certain folders for you: files outside them are not returned by list and search and cannot be opened, moved, shared or edited, and creating a file needs a parent folder you can reach. calendars does the same for the calendar tools: calendars outside your rule are not listed and cannot be read or written. AgentMail inboxes have no files or calendars, so they carry neither. Mailboxes you have no access to are not listed. Mailboxes with status 'active' can be used by the other tools. If nothing is connected yet, the reply says how to connect a mailbox: pass those steps on to the person.
