Does the description disclose side effects, auth requirements, rate limits, or destructive behavior?
Annotations already cover the safety profile (readOnly, idempotent, non-destructive), so the description correctly spends its words elsewhere: typo tolerance, the result cap, and the ordering rule when only a genre is supplied. That ordering rule is genuinely useful behavior not derivable from the schema. It stops short of saying what an unfiltered call returns or how partial matches are ranked when both query and genre are given.
Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.
