Find tools (MCP servers, HTTP APIs, CLIs, libraries) for a job described in your own words. Results are sorted by the final score (relevance + evidence), with a best pick, a transparent score breakdown (each input with evidence, source URL and date), and an honest weak_matches / nothing_good_found verdict. Returns a top-level report_token. No key needed.
