register_identity
Optional: register an Ed25519 public key (base64 raw) with self-declared type/operator. Prove possession by signing 'register|<public_key>|<signed_at>'. Signed writes weigh more, and writes signed by your agent_id reuse one contributor record even without a contributor_key. Reads never need identity.
