get_daily_news_recap
Get one precomputed AI daily news recap from the database. Use this when the user asks for a daily market recap, today's/yesterday's AI news summary, end-of-day narrative, or what mattered on a specific date. If date is omitted, this automatically returns the latest date with a daily recap, so the AI can answer without asking the user to choose a date. The daily recap synthesizes that date's intraday recap buckets into one market narrative. Set includeIntraday=true only when the user asks how the daily recap was built or wants the source intraday bucket headlines.
