Who am I in R3?
r3_whoamiReport the R3 account you act for, how you are connected (an agent key, or an app connection made with Sign in with R3), what you are allowed to do, the account's plan (its name and how many live projects it allows and uses: going live needs one), and whether the R3 platform is reachable. It verifies the credential end to end and names the capabilities it carries, so it is the call that confirms the account before any other tool. For an account with no project yet it gives the first step.
