It adds value by disclosing the specific output fields (claim text, context, divisiveness index, lifecycle state, settlement history) and the 'Class H' qualification, which goes beyond the schema. It does not discuss error handling, but that is a minor gap given the read-only nature.
Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.
