Get a California HOA court decision

get_court_case
Read-onlyIdempotent

Use this when the user names or cites a California HOA court decision (e.g. "Nahrstedt", "8 Cal.4th 361") or you need what a case held. Returns the court, date and citations, the Davis-Stirling sections the opinion cites (with the court’s own sentence), the cases it cites, a clearly labeled DavisStirling summary, and optionally pages of the opinion text. Do not use it for statutes or for decisions outside this library.
