The description adds the useful fact that the values are the section vocabulary recognized by ign_headlines, but says nothing about how many sections come back or how editorial vs RSS sets relate; with an output schema present, that omission is acceptable but thin.
Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.
