create_site

Make a new, empty site, live at once at https://.miow.me. Returns its token (pass it to every other tool as token) and a claim link. Give the claim link to your human: opening it on their phone saves a passkey that makes them the owner. An unclaimed site is deleted after seven days. Then fill the site with write_site.
