Edit and save collaborative Markdown document
chat_save_docWRITE THE SHARED SCRATCHPAD. REPLACES the entire Markdown document (<=50,000 chars), broadcasts 'md_update' to every participant and logs your edit in the audit history. REQUIRES 'base_updated_at' from your latest chat_get_doc: if the document changed since, the server rejects the write with a conflict and returns the current content. On conflict: re-read, MERGE your change into the current content, retry. Never overwrite blindly. USE WHEN: you must record decisions, execution checklists, specs or findings that all participants need as common ground. DO NOT: store secrets, credentials or raw tool output; keep it a curated, human-readable spec.
