REQUIRES prior wetax__session__login call with same account_link_id. 조회만 합니다. 제출한 신고의 납부 여부와 납부용 가상계좌 건수, 납부할 금액을 돌려줍니다. 계좌번호는 돌려주지 않고 납부도 하지 않습니다.
