증명서 신청 이력 상세 초기화

fourinsure__b1__certificate__history__detail_init

REQUIRES prior fourinsure__session__login call with same account_link_id. Initialize certificate application history detail. For an authenticated call, generate and save request_idempotency_key before the first request. Reuse it with the same arguments only to recover that request after a lost response; use a new key for a new execution. Without it, calling again remains a new request. This optional key is not available to anonymous taste calls. Keep any provider-specific idempotency_key unchanged; it is a different field.

Input Schema

NameRequiredDescriptionDefault
cvrc_noYesCertificate application receipt number (증명서 접수번호). Obtain from certificate.history.list.
group_cvrc_noNoGroup receipt number (그룹 접수번호). Optional; omit unless the history row carries one.
account_link_idNoAccount link ID (UUID v4). Optional — the server auto-resolves from your API key when omitted. Provide explicitly only when you have multiple certificates for the same provider. Each institution has a separate ID (Hometax != NHIS != NPS != FourInsure).
request_idempotency_keyNoOptional same-request recovery key for authenticated calls; see the tool description.

C2.9/5.0
Behavior3/5

Does the description disclose side effects, auth requirements, rate limits, or destructive behavior?

The annotations declare readOnlyHint=false, and the description earns credit for explaining why: each call consumes a token, creates an XBOSS task, and persists processing results, and is explicitly not pure read-only despite the underlying institution lookup. That is genuine context beyond the annotations. However, mixing '순수 읽기 전용이 아닙니다' with the earlier 'read-only' framing and never stating what state is created or how failures surface leaves gaps.

Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.

Conciseness2/5

Is the description appropriately sized, front-loaded, and free of redundancy?

The prerequisite is front-loaded, but the body interleaves verbose idempotency boilerplate with Korean operational notes, repeats the token-consumption point, and buries the key behavioral fact (XBOSS task creation, non-read-only) near the end. Several sentences restate the same idempotency rule.

Shorter descriptions cost fewer tokens and are easier for agents to parse. Every sentence should earn its place.

Completeness3/5

Given the tool's complexity, does the description cover enough for an agent to succeed on first attempt?

With no output schema, the description should indicate what the caller gets back from an 'init' call and what prerequisite state it establishes, which it never does. It does cover authentication prerequisites and side effects, so it is not inadequate, but an agent still cannot predict the result of calling it.

Complex tools with many parameters or behaviors need more documentation. Simple tools need less. This dimension scales expectations accordingly.

Parameters4/5

Does the description clarify parameter syntax, constraints, interactions, or defaults beyond what the schema provides?

Schema coverage is 100%, so the baseline is 3; the description adds real semantics for request_idempotency_key (generate before the first request, reuse only to recover after a lost response, new key for new execution, and the contrast with provider-specific idempotency_key). That meaning is not derivable from the schema alone, which just defers to the description.

Input schemas describe structure but not intent. Descriptions should explain non-obvious parameter relationships and valid value ranges.

Purpose3/5

Does the description clearly state what the tool does and how it differs from similar tools?

The description says 'Initialize certificate application history detail', which is a verb+resource, but 'initialize' is opaque – it never explains what initialization actually does or produces. It does not distinguish itself from the sibling fourinsure__b1__certificate__history__detail, which an agent would reasonably confuse it with.

Agents choose between tools based on descriptions. A clear purpose with a specific verb and resource helps agents select the right tool.

Usage Guidelines2/5

Does the description explain when to use this tool, when not to, or what alternatives exist?

It gives a prerequisite (prior session login with the same account_link_id) which is useful, but no guidance on when to call this versus certificate__history__detail or certificate__history__list_init. The lengthy idempotency advice describes how to use a key, not when to select this tool over alternatives.

Agents often have multiple tools that could apply. Explicit usage guidance like "use X instead of Y when Z" prevents misuse.
