Invite event managers

waiverfile_invite_event_managers
Destructive

SENDS EMAIL: invites people (by email address) to manage one event; they can log in to WaiverFile and see its signers and participants, with the fields set in the account settings. WaiverFile emails each address, with your optional message in the body (skip_email_if_account_exists suppresses the email for people who already have an account). Cannot be undone by this server except with the vendor's own remove-managers action. Requires confirm=true after the user approved it. POST /InviteEventManagers.

TDQS

A4.4/5.0
Behavior5/5

Does the description disclose side effects, auth requirements, rate limits, or destructive behavior?

Beyond the annotations, it discloses that an email is actually sent, what access is granted, that skip_email_if_account_exists suppresses existing-account emails, and that the effect cannot be undone by this server except via the vendor's remove-managers action.

Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.

Conciseness4/5

Is the description appropriately sized, front-loaded, and free of redundancy?

The description is front-loaded with the core action and includes only relevant details. It is dense but appropriately sized for a destructive, email-sending operation.

Shorter descriptions cost fewer tokens and are easier for agents to parse. Every sentence should earn its place.

Completeness5/5

Given the tool's complexity, does the description cover enough for an agent to succeed on first attempt?

For a destructive, non-idempotent tool with no output schema and rich parameter schemas, the description covers the critical gaps: approval gating, email delivery, access granted, skip behavior, and irreversibility.

Complex tools with many parameters or behaviors need more documentation. Simple tools need less. This dimension scales expectations accordingly.

Parameters3/5

Does the description clarify parameter syntax, constraints, interactions, or defaults beyond what the schema provides?

Schema coverage is 100%, so the schema already documents every parameter. The description reinforces behavior around confirm and skip_email_if_account_exists, but adds little parameter syntax or meaning beyond what the schema provides.

Input schemas describe structure but not intent. Descriptions should explain non-obvious parameter relationships and valid value ranges.

Purpose5/5

Does the description clearly state what the tool does and how it differs from similar tools?

The description uses a specific verb and resource: invites people by email to manage one event. It also states the resulting access scope (signers and participants), which an agent can distinguish from sibling tools immediately.

Agents choose between tools based on descriptions. A clear purpose with a specific verb and resource helps agents select the right tool.

Usage Guidelines4/5

Does the description explain when to use this tool, when not to, or what alternatives exist?

It gives clear prerequisites: the user must approve and confirm=true is required. It does not name alternatives, but no sibling tool overlaps with inviting event managers, so the usage context is sufficiently clear.

Agents often have multiple tools that could apply. Explicit usage guidance like "use X instead of Y when Z" prevents misuse.
