Unsubscribe recipient

WRITE: remove ONE recipient from their list. rapidmail only soft-deletes the record (status 'deleted', as if the person had unsubscribed) and the statistics count it as an unsubscription. No goodbye e-mail is sent. Single recipient only. DELETE /recipients/{id}.
