WRITE: create a NEW client, supplier or both in Megaventory (Insert only: an existing record is never updated, nothing is deleted). Creating the same name twice creates two records, so search with megaventory_list_clients_suppliers first. POST /SupplierClient/SupplierClientUpdate.
