However, healthgorilla_fhir_search overlaps with the dedicated list_* tools and find_patients (it can replicate Patient searches), and get_patient vs get_patient_everything could be confused, though the escape-hatch framing mitigates this.

All tools share the healthgorilla_ prefix and follow a verb_noun pattern (create_patient, list_observations, get_binary, start_patient360_query). Minor deviation: get_coverage returns a list Bundle rather than a single object while get_patient/get_binary are true single reads, mixing the get/list semantics slightly.
