List fuel entries

List fuel purchases/fill-ups with vehicle, volume, price, total cost and efficiency. Filter by vehicle, vendor or date. Fuel-card data is never returned. GET /fuel_entries. Returns one page (keyset paging: pass next_cursor as start_cursor).
