Create a customer
chargeover_create_customerDestructive
WRITE: create a new customer (no charge, no invoice, no email is sent by this call). Returns the new customer_id. Add a primary contact with the superuser_* fields. Use chargeover_list_customers first to avoid a duplicate (external_key is unique). POST /customer.
