List Testiny projects

Retrieve a list of all accessible Testiny projects, each with the custom fields configured for it. 'customFields' covers two kinds, told apart by their 'entity': fields a test case carries ('testcase') and fields a test result carries ('testresult', including 'result_status'). Filter by 'entity' before using them.
