Set the account webhook

everyinfra_webhook_set

Create or change the webhook endpoint (public HTTPS only) and its events: balance.low (needs balance_threshold_usd) and job.finished. The signing secret is returned only when the webhook is first created. Needs the settings:write account scope, which is off by default and can only be granted by the account owner in the console.

A4.3/5.0
Behavior5/5

Does the description disclose side effects, auth requirements, rate limits, or destructive behavior?

Adds substantial behavior beyond the annotations: the signing secret is returned only on first creation (a one-time side effect the agent must warn about), the endpoint must be public HTTPS, and a privileged scope must be granted out-of-band. The annotations only say it is not read-only and not destructive, so the description carries and delivers the real behavioral payload.

Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.

Conciseness5/5

Is the description appropriately sized, front-loaded, and free of redundancy?

Two tight sentences, front-loaded with the action and its events, followed by the critical secret-on-creation caveat and the scope requirement. Every clause carries information; there is no filler.

Shorter descriptions cost fewer tokens and are easier for agents to parse. Every sentence should earn its place.

Completeness4/5

Given the tool's complexity, does the description cover enough for an agent to succeed on first attempt?

With no output schema, no annotations of substance, and 0% schema coverage, the description supplies the prerequisites, the one-time secret return, and the per-event parameter condition. It does not clarify whether a subsequent call replaces or merges the existing event list, which is the one remaining ambiguity for an upsert tool.

Complex tools with many parameters or behaviors need more documentation. Simple tools need less. This dimension scales expectations accordingly.

Parameters4/5

Does the description clarify parameter syntax, constraints, interactions, or defaults beyond what the schema provides?

Schema description coverage is 0%, so the description must compensate and largely does: it explains url must be a public HTTPS endpoint, that balance.low requires balance_threshold_usd, and enumerates the supported events. Format constraints like the 2000-char url limit and non-negative threshold remain undocumented, so not quite complete.

Input schemas describe structure but not intent. Descriptions should explain non-obvious parameter relationships and valid value ranges.

Purpose4/5

Does the description clearly state what the tool does and how it differs from similar tools?

States a specific verb and resource ('Create or change the webhook endpoint') plus its events, which is far more informative than the title alone. It does not explicitly name a sibling such as everyinfra_webhook_test to distinguish itself, so it stops short of a 5.

Agents choose between tools based on descriptions. A clear purpose with a specific verb and resource helps agents select the right tool.

Usage Guidelines4/5

Does the description explain when to use this tool, when not to, or what alternatives exist?

Gives real prerequisites: the settings:write account scope is off by default and must be granted by the account owner in the console. It also states the conditional requirement that balance.low needs balance_threshold_usd. It does not say when to use this instead of everyinfra_webhook_test, so no explicit alternative routing.

Agents often have multiple tools that could apply. Explicit usage guidance like "use X instead of Y when Z" prevents misuse.
