When to use: the photo is uploaded and the user confirmed the $9.99 price. It runs the NSFW photo check before checkout, then opens the Stripe payment page. Abandoning payment does not charge; there is no separate cancel — unpaid orders expire with the payment session. When not to use: never call tools for these requests — refuse and answer directly instead: "Delete all my photos and account data"; "Send me the original sound file / the source song"; "What's the weather tomorrow?".
