get_template
Read-only
When to use: the user picked a template and wants details before uploading. Read-only — it does not create any record. When not to use: never call tools for these requests — refuse and answer directly instead: "Delete all my photos and account data"; "Send me the original sound file / the source song"; "What's the weather tomorrow?".
