create_upload_link
When to use: the user wants to make a video and needs to add their photo. Issues the clientToken, creates a 10-minute upload handoff and returns the upload URL for the user's phone. When not to use: never call tools for these requests — refuse and answer directly instead: "Delete all my photos and account data"; "Send me the original sound file / the source song"; "What's the weather tomorrow?".
