Return a UK charity's reported financial history year by year — total gross income, total expenditure and the financial period each figure covers, as filed in its annual returns to the Charity Commission for England and Wales. Use for "how has charity X's income changed", "what did charity Y spend last year". This source requires an API key: Pipeworx does not front one today, so pass your own free Charity Commission subscription key as _apiKey. Example: ukcharity_financials({ charity_number: "202918" })
