Annotations already declare destructiveHint=true and idempotentHint=true, so the description need not restate safety. It adds the context that this clears sensitive data and operates on previously stored memories, but does not reveal additional operational behaviors beyond what annotations and schema convey.
Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.
