Sets up click-fraud (invalid traffic) tracking for a website. Returns a one-line tracking tag and a site key bound to the given domain. The tag records clicks that arrive from ads (landing URLs with gclid/gbraid/wbraid) so suspicious IP addresses can be reviewed later with fraud_scan. If the site is hosted on Opus Growth, install=true writes the tag into every page automatically; otherwise add the snippet to the of each page or through a Tag Manager Custom HTML tag. The reply includes how many ad clicks were captured in the last 24 hours and 7 days.
