Answer a supervised session's restore offer. When the previous session on this profile ended unexpectedly (crash, hang or restart), list_pages and the session status carry restore.available and the pages that were open; nothing reopens until you choose. restore reopens them (each through the target policy) and makes the recorded current page current; dismiss drops the offer.
