Manage the apps in a workspace. Actions: list (apps, inbound URLs, routes and activity), add (an agent inbox, Slack, Discord or generic https webhook), remove, test (send a test message to an app), rotate_token (new inbound URL if one leaked). Cost: 1 credit per call.
