Design a building from a description
arch_designDescribe a building in plain language ('two storey house, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, open kitchen, about 180 m2'; also offices, schools, shops). Generates a laid-out floor plan per storey (DXF/SVG for AutoCAD), a 3D model (STL + interactive viewer), room schedule, rough energy and budget numbers, and a step-by-step build guide. Give budget_usd to size the building to a budget (live material prices), or layout (plan.json exported from the studio) to rebuild an edited design. The result page has a first-person walk-inside-and-design-live studio with a bill of materials and cost that tracks market prices, plus DXF, STL, IFC (BIM for Revit/ArchiCAD) and CSV downloads. Optional: floors, floor_height_m, width_m, depth_m, roof (gable|flat), structure (wood|steel|concrete), rooms {bedroom:3,...}, target_area_m2. Cost: 1 credit per call.
