Compare texts literally. Compare two strings literally without normalization or inference. Returns equality, lengths and the first difference with Unicode code point and UTF-16 positions. Each input supports up to 20000 UTF-16 units. Does not verify file bytes, facts or delivery acceptance. Price: 0.001 USDC per call (x402 on Base).
