List the Varosity skill playbooks (reusable how-to guides for media workflows) with their current versions. Returns an array of {slug, version, content, suggested_paths}; suggested_paths are the usual install locations per runtime (Hermes, Claude Code, Claude Desktop, generic). Read-only: this tool does not install anything. Only save a skill to disk if the user asks you to install or update it.
