Agent Web Research — Search attributed global news and OpenAlex research; optionally read a supplied public HTML page once to extract evidence, confirm reachability and fingerprint its content, compare an earlier semantic hash, and extract up to three text-only pages from a public PDF. One payment for the composed response; URL inputs are optional and unavailable evidence is reported. One call costs 0.01 USDC on Base x402; customer-owned provider credentials use X-Provider-Key header where needed.
