Lists tested-live public proxies (HTTP/HTTPS/SOCKS4/SOCKS5) across 150+ countries, refreshed every 30 minutes. Filter by protocol, country, anonymity tier (L1 Elite = no forwarding headers, L2 Anonymous, L3 Transparent), and max latency. Each entry includes last_checked so you can judge freshness. Free public proxies are inherently unreliable — always implement retry/fallback.
