Rank all supported states, or counties within an optional state, on one published map. Omit state for nationwide supported counties. With baselineDate, rank target minus exact baseline; missing sides are excluded explicitly. Equal values share competition rank. limit controls a staged preview; without analytics, complete rankings remain inline within acquisition limits.
