Annotations already declare readOnly, idempotent, non-destructive, closed-world, so the safety burden is lifted. The description adds useful context beyond that: it discloses the return content (active yogas, classical definitions, link to ERUX divisional varga breakdown), which is more than the annotations provide.
Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.
